General Community Info

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays. 

We offer pet-friendly one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and a handful of three-bedroom two-story townhomes to fit different lifestyles and budgets. Key features include white quartz countertops, stainless steel Samsung appliances, large closets with storage, oak or white cabinetry, and private patios or balconies.

Once your application is submitted, someone from our Resident Screening team will reach out with next steps within 1-2 business days.

For Pet Owners

Yes! We’re a pet-friendly community and allow up to two (2) pets per apartment! We do have breed restrictions. Please contact our team here with any questions. 

The upfront non-refundable pet deposit fee and monthly pet fees are listed on this page when you choose a floorplan. These fees can be paid in person via check or money order, or on the portal. For questions about our fees, pet policies, or breed restrictions, contact our team here.  

No, the upfront pet fee and monthly pet rent are waived for a registered ESA. A doctor’s note or certificate must be submitted to show your pet is registered.

Our pet-friendly features include an off-leash dog park and pet spa! We're also minutes from Downtown Zionsville with its many local parks.

Moving In

On the day your lease begins, all leaseholders ages 18 and older must sign the lease agreement on the resident portal here and submit all payments including security deposit, prorated rent, and upfront pet fees (if applicable). These can be paid on the portal or in person via check or money order. We cannot hand over keys until these steps are completed! Other required items include renter’s insurance documentation and pet ESA paperwork (if applicable). For questions, please contact our team. We want your move-in day to be as seamless as possible! 

Your keys will be held in the leasing office and are only available for pickup during regular business hours listed here

We have elevators, but we do not have a loading dock, so please plan your move accordingly. Our team is here to answer all move-in day questions!

The short answer: we have a lot of amenities! Some resident-favorites include our pool and sundeck, TWO 24-hour state-of-the-art gyms, off-leash dog park and pet spa, private workspaces, rentable office spaces and storage units.. and so much more! We do! We have a conference room, private office spaces, rentable office spaces, and multiple coworking lounges with WIFI. Our coffee bar is here for that afternoon pick-me-up when you need it!

We have covered garage parking and our townhomes have private attached garages. All resident vehicles must be registered with our office to avoid towing. Contact us for details.

Yes, we have a handful of EV charging stations!

Packages are delivered to the package room located in our main building. Here, you'll find private package lockers, cold storage for food deliveries, and package shelves.

No, we don't have private garages for rent. We have covered garage parking only.

Resident Support

You can pay rent online via the resident portal here or in person via check or money order. Please note your apartment name on checks or money orders. Cash payments are not accepted. Please note your apartment name on checks or money orders. 

Rent is due by the 1st of each month. Payments made after the 5th of the month will begin to incur penalties, outlined in your lease agreement here

To submit a maintenance request, log in to your resident portal here. Our team will respond to non-emergency work orders during regular business hours. In case of emergency, please call 911. 

Lease renewal notices are posted on the resident portal here 90 days before your lease end date. Renewals can be completed on the resident portal or in person. 

Moving Out

If you need to break your lease for any reason, you can do so. However, you will be required to pay a fine of one month’s rent and will owe through 60 days, totaling 3 months’ rent. This is outlined in your lease agreement on the resident portal here

We require a written 60-day notice, outlined in your lease agreement on the resident portal here. You must send your notice via email or in written form. A verbal notice will not be accepted.  

If you plan to move at the end of your lease, you must submit a written 60-day notice, outlined in your lease agreement on the resident portal here to ensure you don't incur lease break fees. You must send your notice via email or in written form. A verbal notice will not be accepted. 

When it's time to move out, drop off all keys to the leasing office in an envelope with your apartment number listed and submit any final payments, including your prorated rent. You can submit this on the resident portal here or via a check or money order. Make sure your apartment number is listed on the check or money order. Cash payments are not accepted.  

After your move-out, your apartment is carefully assessed to ensure it’s ready for the next resident. Our team completes a detailed review of the space, noting any damages beyond normal wear and tear. If applicable, charges are applied in accordance with your lease agreement here

If the apartment is left in good condition with only standard wear and tear, security deposit reimbursements are submitted within 60 days of your move out.
